Returns, Warranty & Care Policy

Returns

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted once the product has been used.
  • Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Warranty

  • Unless explicitly stated on the product page, no warranty is provided beyond the manufacturer’s terms.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided for all claims.
  • Batteries, filters, brushes, and other consumable parts are not covered under warranty as they are subject to normal wear and tear.
  • All decisions regarding repair, replacement, or rejection of a claim are made at our sole discretion.

Care & Safety

  • Do not enter or swim in the pool while the robot is in operation. Always remove the robot before swimming.
  • The following are not covered under any support or replacement:
    • Use on pool shelves, tanning ledges, or in water less than 45 cm deep
    • Sun damage or breakage from leaving the robot in direct sunlight when not in use
    • Failure to store the robot indoors in a cool, dry place when not in use
    • Failure to rinse with fresh, non-chlorinated water after each use
    • General wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs

Returns & Claims Process

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning a unit for inspection, repair, or replacement.
  • Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
  • All returned units will undergo inspection and testing. If misuse, neglect, or storage outside care guidelines is found, the claim will be rejected and the unit returned at the customer’s expense.

Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to water damage, pool damage, or loss of use, arising from the use or misuse of this product.

Acknowledgement

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that this product is non-returnable once used, carries no warranty beyond manufacturer terms, and that misuse, outdoor storage, or improper care voids all claims.
